Class 4 Home Learning 08.07.20

For English over the next couple of days I would like you to have a go (using your plans) at drafting out your flashback story. Your story must start in present time and then something triggers a flashback to a time when the girl is in the bottle. This could be a smell, something that is seen or maybe even finding the bottle again (in an attic?)

Once you have drafted it I would like you to purple polish you drafts to ensure that it makes sense, it is detailed enough and that it is interesting for the reader.

How are you getting on with your timelines? Year 6 are using one page of A4 for each period we have studied. They have been very creative with their art work and ideas - even using pastels! I would love to see how you are getting on. 

God's Rescue Mission

For RE this week I would like you to do a little project for me. We did lots of work on God's rescue mission but I am wondering what you can remember about the image below?  It represents the Kingdom of God and is the end of the big frieze picture. It shows people living on earth as God would have intended. I would like you to re-draw it for me, using the same style and colours to include life now during Covid 19. What would people be doing now that God would be proud of? Can you hide a doctor in your art work? A nurse? A factory worker? There are so many people and things you could include - have fun.
