We had our first History lesson this week about Staffordshire in The English Civil War. Class 4 prepared and took part in a parliamentary debate in three groups: the House Of Commons, the House of Lords and King Charles I and his advisers. This was to highlight the origins of the conflict that led to Civil War (Royalists v Parliamentarians). |
