Reflection on 11.11
Class 3 have been thinking back to their visit to the National Arboretum and the service we performed there to remember those who have died in wars.

Remembrance in French
In French this week, we learnt all about Remembrance day in France. We made blue flowers like they have and created a poster as a class.
Computer skills
We have worked on our typing skills and fluency around a keyboard today. We had lots of fun becoming Technological.

We have had so much fun creating Diva lamps, rangoli patterns, learning more about how to stay safe when we are at a bonfire, firework themed maths and writing about fireworks! We have all being flying like an eagle this week and learnt so much!
French fun!
In French class two have had fun practising colour adjectives and parts of their face and describing what they look like. They made pillar people and used a writing frame to describe themselves in French.

Mindfulness in the classroom
To start off our afternoon RE lesson today, we practiced mindfulness with the blinds closed and candles on. It allowed the children time to calm down after lunchtime and think carefully about the lesson we were about to begin. It helped us all to feel calm, spiritual and ready to learn.
