Good morning class one,

You took part in some amazing time challenges yesterday! I also enjoyed seeing you take part in your active maths challenge! I hope you had a great time creating your own dances!

Remember to send photos and videos of your learning using class dojo portfolio and Google classroom so that we can see how your learning has been going.

Input 1: 9:30am-We would like to see everyone at 9:30am for this online session.

We are learning about the ee sound this week with Green Froggy. Please have a pen and paper or a whiteboard and pen ready just incase we need it. 

Nursery: 

There will be no online phonics session for nursery today. Please continue to have a go at the activities Miss Wood has shared to help you develop your fine motor skills such as; creating and using finger puppets and singing finger rhymes, practice your cutting skills and threading skills.

Input 3: 1:30pm - Please come along if you can.  I will share the task online but it will also be posted on the blog for you to complete when you can. 

Mrs Coleman-Harris will not lead an online session this afternoon. Instead I would like you to get outside as much as possible this afternoon. Go on a bike ride, play, have a walk or have a go at your forest school challenge if you wish. 

This afternoon can you take part in our tiny treasure hunt forest school challenge!

This week it is Children's Mental Health Awareness week. The theme for Children's Metal Health Awareness Week this year is 'Express yourself!' 

Can you express yourself through showing us something that makes you feel happy today? Can you bring something along that makes you smile and makes you feel full of joy? Can you tell us about it at 2:30pm? You could bring a photo, a special toy or object.

Reception maths learning- Would you like some more maths learning to complete at home? 

Reception can work through the White Rose Maths home learning resources across the week here. You might like to work on one video a day. These mini video lessons support and help the Reception children to develop all of the maths we have been learning in class.
