GOALLLL!!!

All about me!
Everybody was very creative today as we all painted a self portrait! We used the appropriate colours and shapes! We talked about our features and the colours we noticed. We now have some beautiful works of art for display!
Lockdown procedures
Our Dear Zoo
We finished our Dear Zoo unit in English by reading our Dear Zoo stories to each other. It was lovely to share our stories with each other and find out what each other’s perfect pet was at the end.
Meditation in the woods!
In outdoor learning we enjoyed some relaxing calm time listening to the birds, looking up at the trees and feeling the breeze on our face.
Cooking with God’s creation
Class 2 flew like eagles this afternoon in their cookery lesson with our school chef. We took responsibility for cooking lunch for the school by picking and washing beetroot, chopping it and then whisking eggs to make a quiche.
I hope the other classes enjoy tasting the quiche we’ve made…
Maths in the sunshine
This morning we had our maths lesson in the sunshine. We used part whole models to count how many tens and ones were in numbers to 100.
