Navigating using a map
We applied our learning about compass directions to maps 5is week in Geography. Class 2 showed amazing teamwork!
Equal or unequal?
We spent some time outside in maths today. We identified equal and unequal groups, and tried to make equal groups using different amounts of counters. We showed respect for each other when we were using the resources.
God as Creator

Creativity
Our value for Summer Term 1 is Creativity. We will be looking at creativity in school, our personalities and in the word of God. Mr Wynn has set us the challenge of being as creative as we can with how we present our work this term.
Fact finding
We’e going to write an information text together about cheetahs. Today we used books and iPads to search for facts and sort them into headings around the classroom.
Information texts
We’ve started learning about big cat information texts this week. We started the week by talking about big cats and what they look like. Then we read an information text about tigers and we used shapes to find the different features of the text. Great teamwork Class 2!
