Yoga, meditation and massage in Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week!
Class one played pass the smile and shared their happy smile with others to make them feel cheerful. Class one took part in meditation, massage and yoga to help them learn some more ways to feel calm and relaxed.

CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!!!
This week in class 3 we have been celebrating Chinese New Year. We made a dragon and even learnt a bit of Chinese! Instead of Maths we learnt some Chinese numbers for example 1 would be yi.
Chinese New Year Dragon dancing!
Class one worked in teams to create music and a dragon dance! We travelled around school as one giant dragon visiting each class to show them our creation! What a super week learning around Chinese New Year!
Nursery drew the characters from the Chinese New Year story!
Nursery have been working really hard on developing their pencil control. Today they drew some of the characters from the Chinese New Year story the Great Race! Nursery have also been working on their name writing.

Junk model dragons!
Today in learning through play lots of us decided to create junk model dragons! We had scary dragons, kind dragons, and even dragons that used their fire breathing skills to cook their tea!
